Instructions:

1. Clean the nipples to remove body oil and skin residue. Dry the nipples with a towel.
2. Apply the petal nipple covers on one side at a time. Make sure that while applying, your nipple is in the center of the nozzle cover. If you are not satisfied with the result, take off and try again.
3. Gently press the nipple cover onto the skin.
